Straight Spline The options for the straight splines didn't go large enough for what I was looking for. There were no options for dimensions based on the spline fit...

Ease and functionality. It was hard to get to the proper involute spline data, a reference of the sizing and callouts would be helpful. Could not get it to work inside...

MitCalc Couldn't thoroughly try it but seems to be a very useful tool.
